A warm welcome at Camp Rooiklip

In addition to the 3 well known and popular campsites at “Felsen Camp”, “Camp Flintstone” has 2 small stone houses named “Wilma” and “Fred”, each with a large double bed and a single bed. The 3^rd small stone house “Barney” has 4 single beds.

The farm measures 7050 ha and is situated about 1035 m above see level at the foot of the Gamsberg mountain (2347m).

We always have many Animals on the farm to care for. Unfortunately, animals do not live as we do, so the type and number of our farm animals is always changing.

Stay at Camp Rooiklip

Breathtaking camping at the "Felsen Camp" or extraordinary Self-Catering at "Camp Flintstone".

Important: At Camp Rooiklip (both in the Felsen Camp and in Camp Flintstone) there is no restaurant and no catering service. It is a purely self-catering camp. Guests must provide their own breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Fully equipped Self-Catering accommodation

The Camp Flintstone at Rooiklip is our self-catering Camp. The guests are living in the small, natural stone houses "Wilma", "Fred" and "Barney" (each for 2 people), prepare their meals and relax in the big Lapa. A fully equipped kitchen area and 12V solar power is available.
