A 4x4 car is not essential - only for Felsen Camp site #3 - but an off-road vehicle with sufficient ground clearance is recommended.

From Windhoek (180km)

From Windhoek on the C26 direction to Walvis Bay over the Gamsberg Pass to the turnoff  to the D1438, after approx. 18 km you are on your destination!

From Walvis Bay/Swakopmund (210/240km)

From Walvis Bay/Swakopmund on the C14 through the Namib, through the Kuiseb Pass, to the turnoff onto the C26 direction to Windhoek. 35 km to the turnoff to the D1438, after approx. 18 km you are on your destination!

From Solitaire (120km)
